Our expansion strategy is built on three key pillars: geographic reach, product diversification, and technological innovation. We are committed to extending our services beyond Lusaka to other major cities in Zambia.

Geographic Expansion

We plan to establish 50+ branches across Zambia by 2026, targeting major markets in Copperbelt, Southern, and Central provinces. This expansion will enable us to serve over 5,000 marketeers nationwide.

Product Innovation

Developing specialized loan products for different market segments including agricultural suppliers, retail traders, and service providers. We're also introducing digital lending platforms for faster loan processing.

Partnership Development

Building strategic partnerships with market associations, suppliers, and financial institutions to create a comprehensive ecosystem that supports marketeer success.
